SHIPPING

We ship to any Greek or international address.

Shipment is handled through our office in Athens, Greece.

Dispatch times 7–14 business days.

Delivery times 1–2 business days within Greece
and 4–9 business to the rest of the world. 

++ These days though, delays may occur due to the pandemic and global restrictions. Orders to the US are currently being sent by boat rather than airmail and can be subject to delays of up to 12 weeks. Please bear with us and thank you for your patience and for supporting small businesses during these challenging times. ++

All editions will be sent flat in a cardboard envelope.

The shipping cost for sending out one copy, is the same as shipping two copies.

All editions will be sent via a trackable shipment method.
As soon as we start packing your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to track your parcel online.
Just keep in mind that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded. 

Orders within Greece are shipped with Elta Courier.
Orders at the rest of the world are shipped with Elta Hellenic Post.

We recommend you to use the postal address where you can ensure that someone can receive the package during working hours: 9:00–20:00 from Monday to Friday.

If a parcel will return to our warehouse, for reasons attributable to you; we will send you an email to ask if you would like to pay for a second trial. If we won’t receive any answer, we will understand that you have abandoned the order placed. In that case, no refunds are applicable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 14-day refund policy if you are dissatisfied with your order, or it arrives damaged. 

In the event of a return, you must contact subscriptions@desired-landscapes.com within 14 days of your dispatch date to state your request. 

The customer is liable for any shipping costs incurred of returned items, except in the instance that the return is due to an incorrect order, or the order arrived damaged.

All returns must be sent back in their original packing.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipment method as we are unable to take responsibility for your returned items until we have received them at our warehouse.

Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to your account.
