Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to both Greek and international addresses, with all shipments handled from our shop in Athens, Greece.
- Dispatch times: 7–10 business days.
- Delivery times: 2–3 business days within Greece, 5–10 business days with regular mail internationally, or 1–2 days with express UPS – all counting after dispatch.
- Packaging: All editions are shipped flat in a cardboard envelope, and tracking is optional.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are charged on top of the retail price and will appear on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country, and these are not included in the shipping cost.
As soon as we start packing your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if a tracked option was chosen). Keep in mind that it may take some time for tracking information to update. Once the parcel leaves Greece, it will be traceable via the national post of the destination country.

- Domestic orders within Greece: Elta Courier
- International orders: Elta Hellenic Post (tracked and untracked options)
- Express International orders: UPS
We recommend using a postal address where you can ensure that someone can receive the package during working hours (9:00–20:00, Monday to Friday).
Important:
Desired Landscapes is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by you. If a package is returned to us for reasons attributable to you and we do not receive any communication from your end, we will understand that you have abandoned the order placed. In that case, no refunds are applicable.
Please note:
If you choose an untracked shipping option, we are unable to provide tracking updates or locate your order once it has been dispatched. In the unlikely event of loss, damage, or non-delivery, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments. For full peace of mind, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping method.
