RETURNS & REFUNDS

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us at subscriptions@desired-landscapes.com within 14 days of delivery to resolve the issue. We will assist you with either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs unless the issue is due to an incorrect or damaged order. If an order returns to us, and the customer wishes to resend it to them, shipping costs will apply.

Please allow up to 30 days for any refunds to be processed and reflected in your account.
